Raphaël Gorgé, CEO

Engineer, Raphaël Gorgé joined the group in 2004, having spent 10 years working in the fields of finance and technology. He initiated and implemented the group’s withdrawal from the automotive industry (which accounted for 70% of its turnover in 2004) and directed its development towards new areas of activity, in particular safety for Professionals et Buildings. Raphaël Gorgé became the group’s CEO in 2011.

Pierre Etcheverry, General Manager NucléAction

Pierre Etcheverry is an engineer who joined Groupe Gorgé in 1997 as Chairman of Cimlec Industrie, a company that he built up and consolidated over a period of nearly 10 years. Since 2007 he has worked towards the creation and development of NucléAction with the acquisition of Baumert, then NTC, so that a top-level division could be deployed within Groupe Gorgé in the field of protection in nuclear environments.

Bernard Baumert, General Manager Baumert

Bernard Baumert has been running the firm Baumert for over 20 years. He is an expert in partition systems who has been involved the company’s development in the nuclear sector since the start of its operations in France, allowing him to equip all the French nuclear power facilities (58 reactors, a reprocessing plant, CEA (French Atomic Energy Commission) sites, etc.). Baumert’s expertise in its field, which is recognized worldwide, has also been employed in China for over 20 years and at a large number of nuclear sites around the world.
