Airtight doors
NucléAction airtight doors are partition systems designed to achieve the atmospheric isolation of rooms from risk of air contamination due to nuclear activity.
This type of door is airtight at low air pressure levels in order to achieve total confinement of potentially contaminated rooms or buildings. This confinement facilitates the prevention of the spread of pollutants into the environment.
Watertight doors
NucléAction watertight devices are designed to protect buildings in the nuclear and industrial sectors (Seveso sites) against the risk of flooding or a rapid rise in the water level. The devices used by NucléAction ensure doors are watertight, and enable the protected zones to be closed off.
The range of NucléAction watertight devices mainly consists of:
- Cassiopée doors (single or double doors) that are always sealed on both sides.
- Hydroprotec protective barriers providing a seal on both sides up to 2.2m. NucléAction’s Hydroprotec device offers the advantage of enabling all types of zones to be closed off through juxtaposition of barriers that are 2 to 3 m long.
- Watertight products available following a requirements analysis include: special doors and large horizontal hatches.
